Email: Action Required for your Apple Order!


i pre-ordered new ipad , hoping receive order confirmation email after couple of hours instead got this.

thank recent order apple online store. we
appreciate business.

have been unable obtain payment order.

continue attempt obtain authorization order for
1 week.

if not receive response within 1 week date
of email, order cancelled.

offer following options resolution:

1. please contact financial institution issued credit card
review reason decline. need resolve with
financial institution before order can processed.

2. if unable resolve issue financial
institution, may cancel order visiting: <apple> need login account
apple id locate order.

3. please visit <apple> change form of
payment different credit card. please ensure cardholder name,
billing address , phone numbers on file credit card match the
information on order. need login account with
apple id locate order.

4. if wish use different form of payment, such money order,
cashier's check, or wire transfer, please call @ 1-877-422-5368.

called bank , found out don't have enough funds on credit card. i'd change credit card used on order 1 has enough funds on says in email have login apple id. problem placed order guest. there way can cancel order or change card's number? instead of doing whole thing again.

going ship march 16. if pre-ordered again it'll ship march 19 :(

edit: tried calling apple, lines busy.
 

call apple. number given right there in e-mail.
