Bootcamp messed up my mac?


a few days ago wiped computer , reinstalled osx. made 5gb windows partition, worked fine. today stopped working. tried removing , repartitioning, still didn't work. have hold down option turn on @ all, or goes black screen. wiped whole computer , reinstalled everything, , still happening! please help.
 

did try changing startup disk?
