Okay, traded an iPod touch 4 for an iPhone 4- Now What?

it appears locked up. says no sim card installed.

insert valid sim no pin lock activate iphone.

it's on at&t think , have t-mobile sim card, need working?



has imei , iccid number (iccid) unknown.

please help!

 

if at&t not work t-mobile unless find way jailbreak , unlock it. at&t phones locked carrier , not unlock it, if offer them firstborn child in exchange.
