Buying: Have...several questions.

hey guys, i'm not new lurking on these forums, i'm new member (haven't been in market new mac last 4.5 years...) i'm graphic design/animation student , i'm looking pick new computer in next few weeks here , have questions way go things!

okay, first off i'll starting 15" macbook pro 2.2 ghz i7. i'll leaving ram @ 4 gigs , plan on buying crucial 2x8gb kit upgrade 16gb total. set.

harddrive questions... thinking of several options:

1. keep stock 500gb 5400 rpm drive , upgrade third party 7200 rpm drive , take 500gb drive , put in enclosure use external drive.

2. upgrade apple's 750gb 7200 rpm option

3. leave stock 500gb drive in until ssd prices affordable.

i'll doing great deal of video/animation work, along heavy graphics , sound processing, why i'm opting 16gb of ram (crucial says these computers tested 16gb, have experience upgrade?)

i'm still unsure of way go hard drive. if guys have ideas option (or totally different one) go with, great. also, actual brands , specific hard drive upgrades familiar appreciated well.

plan on continuing troll forums looking answers these questions, figured i'd ask , jump on things! guys!

i'd go biggest bang @ fastest speed: 750gb 7200 rpm.

then, when ssd drive, you'll have nice spacious spare drive files. exact set have on laptop.
