Problems with installing Apps

hello macrumors forums
on mbp on mac os x lion, have problems when installing apps.
when drag app dmg file apps folder, , when open it, app jumps , down on dock.
when force quit it, not go away, have use activity moniter quit dock , when open app then, works fine.
reasons , solutions problem?

 

does happen applications or specific ones, , if latter, ones exactly? happen in another, temporarily created, user account?
