iPod keeps converting certain songs to 2:49

when transfer song ipod , ipod converts, ends converting albums 2:49 no reason, , gets annoying becuase it's been happening much. tried turning off converter song stops , skips next song instead. other songs work fine no problem, others issue , whole album it's gets affected to.

know cause of , how can fix it?
