Need help with Synology NAS and Lion

i did post on forums have pass through mod first asking here because hope it's quick fix.

have synology nas, set up, made share time machine, works fine , regular share files. have mix of osx , windows computers in house.

1. copied files share, windows pc.
2. windows pc can view , open files.
3. mac's can open share, see files, copy them, etc, can't open them. red "-" on folders.
4. time machine works fine on separate share , designated such. hid share windows browser , don't need see it.
