Can ibooks Author make workbooks?

i have printed workbook needs converted format works on ipad.

along standard photos , text, there pages student fill out information. example, chart student fill out data referenced later. possible this? i've played around notes, it's not enough.

 

i don't think - believe designed create read-on books , such?
