Outlook 2011 + Exchange 2010

hi there,

have problem outlook 2011 , driving me crazy.

have small network of 20 clients. 2 of them imac 27" lion os , office 2011 installed.

office version of 2011 date latest updates ms.
exchange servers have latest updates , service packs installed.

problem sync time between exchange server , outlook 2011 sucks big time! when send internal message user takes 2 min till deliverd! on iphone getting message directly on outlook 2011 has major delay of 2 min 5!

when send internal message mailbox shared. used outlook 2010 ( windows ) , outlook 2011 mac email directly deliverd on outlook 2010 users , on iphones. on outlook2011 users takes while!

did lot of research on internet cannot find solution problem. there post on other forum ms user has same problem no solution, url: http://community.office36.../f/160/p/17054/95345.aspx

steps far.

1 rebuild mail client database
2 create new identity on mac
3 checked de ews settings on exchange server.
4 installed latest updates. on outlook 2011 , exchange servers.

hope 1 can me problem because driving me crazy....

first never rebuild identity exchange account. delete account before rebuilding. it's advised start in new identity.

outlook not have activesync. iphone does. expect see improved performance after sp2. remember outlook mac v1 software outlook windows mature product.

exchange basics

inbox syncs more other , should kept clean possible. (this number 1 cause of problems sync). not make subfolders under inbox.

folder more few thousand messages going take time come down when first sync account. due design of outlook's sync engine (and how exchange works), see 512 newest messages in folder @ initial start of sync rest of folder's contents filled before see mail arrives after point. why not getting new mail when folder still going through initial sync. further exacerbated exchange issue gets unnecessary change events before newer mail arrives. if watch progress during sync of folder greater couple thousand messages, see "updating local..." lot before newer mail starts arriving (newer initial 512 come down).

outlook checks server updates every minute, folder has updates subsequently synced. since outlook has limit on how many folders can synced @ time, there can queue of folders waiting. inbox high priority sync before other folders need sync.
