Creating a employee work schedule and using/exporting to iCal

so have schedule staff of 8 people or so. last few years have used excel spreadsheet. able import schedule ical after make know working when. helps me when can away computer. don't mind not using excel spreadsheet whatever used instead need basic windows file can put on stared hard drive @ work employes can see. included copy of can using now. guys
