Keyboard Shortcuts and Languages

when change keyboard language english german, keyboard shortcuts stop working. example - command + tab shortcut works switching apps command + ~ shortcut doesn't work switching windows. how fix this?

 

sadly there no ~ key on german keyboards, have switch english keyboard layout use ~ key commands, can typed via option+n on german layout, can't used shortcut.
witch though.
