Some songs wont show up in itunes

on ipod used sharepod sync songs instead of itunes. synced did not show on ipod. found way manually manage songs in itunes.so added songs synced before sharepod , showed up. realized songs added before still on there. tried deletall of them(including ones copied itunes ipod) off ipod , copy them again. got error message , when went ipod said had 904 songs. itunes says have 686. tried using mytunes songs tried delete wont show up. wont show on sharepod or copytransmanager. show when im on ipod. want delete duplicated songs dont know how. need help. btw, ipod touch 1st gen version 3.1.3 jailbroken
