Where can I learn to use my Macbook Pro

i purchased 1 , great, sucks when can't figure out basic things because have no apple skills. i'm pretty pc, frustrated mac. latest issue downloading folder of pictures zipped. didn't know how extract them @ them 1 after other instead had individually open them.
