dock icons bouncing

hi all!
possible configure particular application icon bounce in dock when opened? maybe 3rd party application or system setting exists can configure applications should bounce in dock.

have issue office reminder application. can't make bounce when notification happens , why missed few events. have configured 4 desktops on macos , use first 1 outlook opens notification on second desktop , not see them in time.

possible configure outlook bounce on new mails, didn't found same setting reminders.

you try growl shows pop-up box notifications. not sure apps supports though.
