VLC 2.0-RC1 for Mac

tried 3 versions, except ppc one, , crashed while opening (never saw vlc related, jumping of vlc icon in dock) on 2009 c2d mbp 10.6.8.
32-bit version kept jumping though , made "syslogd" , "launchd" use available cpu cycles.

tried ppc version, , oddly enough, started, after adding .avi file , pressing play, started "building font cache", have seen msplayer or so.

use movist of time anyway, can wait.
