Dual boot OSX lion for another language

i able dual boot lion on same pc? wanting 1 in english , 1 in greek. how go doing this?

or create virtual machine same

 

or create user account in system preferences > accounts, log it, change language, , done it.
no need 2 installs of same os.
change account greek, mean, have log out , log in.
