jb 4s wipe question?

hi...

factory unlocked 4s i'm trying erase content , settings white bar goes on after seconds spinning wheel of death...so turned off on same still? because it's jb? wipe gotta download ipsw , restore via itunes?

 

you cannot erase on jb iphone.
stuck on apple logo.
need restore in order boot again.
