New iPad Notes: Battery Charging at 100%, Safari Scaling Images

couple of new findings people spend more time new ipads. first, ilounge reports on findings displaymate on new ipads charging behavior. turns out ipad continues charge long hour after says @ 100%, suggesting on-screen indicator isn't quite accurate , may still need more charging.
ilounge found in battery testing of new ipad charge drop when thought ipad charged.

earlier in week, tom's hardware noticed safari on new ipad automatically scaling large images down significantly.

large images automatically scaled down near 1 megapixel resolutions. means if viewing large images through safari, aren't getting full retina experience. workaround mentioned save image photos seems preserve original resolution.

these findings confirmed web developer duncan davidson ran limit when trying enhance websites retina-sized images.

100% charge

noticed on both iphones (3gs , 4s), not long 1 hour, iphone shows 100% (still 'charging' indicator) on battery keep plugged in 10 - 15 more minutes, until keeps 100% (but shows 'plug' indicator).
