Email problems

hi all,

i'm new forum having problems mail on mac , hope can help.

have additional folder @ bottom of mailbox area 2 deleted messages folders, junk, sent , trash folder in don't know why. plus second deleted messages (colin) folder appears keep deleted messages in it.

need these folders , if not how delete them?

, sorry if i'm being thick.

looks have mail account settings such saves deleted messages on mac. can change accounts screen in mail's preferences. until change it, folders going keep coming every time delete message if remove them now.
