Web based iPhone tethering (no app needed, can't be stopped by Apple)

saw on 9-to-5 mac , wanted spread knowledge.

looks web based tethering gets around apples restrictions on stock iphones , same company brought tethering app itether (before got pulled apple)

guess $30/year if ordered in first week of launch it's $15 year.
