hey i'm having hard time trying find out how unlock iphone 4s in canada. phone locked rogers , need unlock bell. found plenty of programs work phones. need rogers sim card i'm wondering if there's way unlock iphone without one. thanks.

as far know there no way unlock iphone 4s. check out company called gevey; may able offer solution i've been out of game while , little fuzzy on facts.
