Need an Honest-to-God opinion

guyz, have used both iphone & galaxy s2/nexus on ics..do rate ics on s2/nexus buttery smooth , pleasant transitions ios on iphone 4s?? i'm not talking crashes , errors on android. comparing transitions , visual effects.
rate on scale of 1 10 ios 10 pointer..

 

i have 3 right in front of me. if rate iphone 4s arbitrary number in terms of smoothness of transitions , video effects while moving around in os, say, 10...

i'd put galaxy sii gingerbread , touchwiz @ 8 , i'd put nexus ics @ 9.5.
