iTunes does not recognize iPhone


hey all

itunes doesn't recognize iphone (4s), tried common solutions, , doesn't charge when plug in computer. using pc, windows 7. have latest version of itunes - tried reinstalling well.

ideas?
 

what itunes saying.
jailbroken.

please try give info possible applicable screen shots.

way members able better handle on problem.
