SSD for Bootcamp?

i in market new laptop , macbook pro in top 3 picks right now, had small question (basically 1 decide if macbook pro or not lol)

i'm looking @ macbook pro 13-inch , run windows , osx. thinking of going 128gb ssd run both operating systems , using external hd store else. idea or better off getting 750gb ram @5400?

not need both run @ same time. i'm trying figure out give me best performance. of have experience bootcamp? windows or there differences? having 2 os on laptop hinder performance @ all?
help!
