Cause of iPad 3 sleep/wake problem with 3rd party cases

there have been lots of issues ipad 3's smart cover feature not working some third-party cases. maybe placement or alignment of little magnet in cover problem of cases, that's not discovered when investigated our maroo moko ii case.
