Yahoo mail and attachments?

can please explain me if there setting somewhere need check off or toggle on allow yahoo mail add attachments?

cannot life of me figure out why can't add attachments in yahoo mail.
it's not size of attachment, within yahoo limits.

can attach in gmail no problem.
go pc , attach file well.

go imac , same file worked on pc not attach @ on imac.

suggestions?

 

is through web interface? in mail.app?
