Is Intelliscreen X Missing a Feature?

i haven't jailbroken 4s yet, installed intelliscreen x on ipad 2. saw liked seems missing 1 feature used use on iphone 3gs time.

called intellialerts , continually "nag" when had waiting alerts (calendar, phone, sms, etc). useful when away phone few minutes, or didn't hear ring first time.

feature intentionally left out, or did miss in settings tab?? if it's not there, still possible install old intelliscreen on jailbroken 4s? tried install old intelliscreen on ipad 2 , bombs out when try launch it.
