mac mini best for reliability?

since can add second hard drive or buy sever addition 2 hard drives , have run raid 1 wonder if makes mac mini reliable out either imac or macmini. chance hard drive fail 0.25% in 3 years. if 1 fails , replace before second fails chance of loosing data 0.03% or something.

im thinking best option data integrity. imac or mac mini

 

with mac can have backup. 1 not more reliable other.
