What does this mean?

i'm looking internship , received email employee @ company interested in. here part of it:

@ time, employees required eighteen years of age or older. have internships available students studying secondary education; these 6 month co-op terms.

i'm under 18, why second part included in message. "secondary" mean? knowledge (and others'), means high school, advisor (who knows lot more me), said means college. thanks.

 

i think differs in different parts of world, in america @ least, secondary edu college.
