ITC Rules Against Apple in Motorola Patent Case

in preliminary ruling (pdf) today, itc ruled motorola's smartphones do not violate apple patents @ issue, though decision still needs approved full six-member itc panel.

the case goes november 2010, when international trade commission agreed investigate apple's claims of patent infringement lodged against motorola.
