need to restore handbrake settings...

hey guys,

updated handbrake latest version. in previous version had absolutely perfect. immaculate. when upgraded presets , settings erased... wondering if there program use scan encoded videos find out exactly settings used? i've been @ hours trying figure out manually, , i'm having terrible luck... looks garbage every time, , used crystal clear...
