Email - Does anyone else have this issue?

i'm wondering if should reset scratch thought i'd ask mr gang first...

email - have following problems:

search - doesn't work well. can pick word (or name) know have in email (last 4 weeks) , it's hit n miss if it'll show in search. it's disappointing spotlight on osx quite brilliant. know it's not same, apple know powerful search feature acts like. ios near in experience.

missing email - can , last week or there, every email, in date order. going date order there gap (a few days or maybe week) of emails. have them on mac, weren't accidentally deleted. why happen? annoyance when on road , need refer email work. think bug, there's no way that's normal, right?

if has tips of how resolve these problems input appreciated. i'm big emailer (for work) , stuff lets me down on occasion. thankyou in advance.

 

you didn't mail interface(s) you're using. pop3 can cause issues multiple clients, , exchange synchronizes few days of email default (searching works whatever's synchronized).
