iPhone 4S trouble with video

ok, friend shot video of me off of 4s. on phone video looked great, crystal clear. when texted me, came pixilated , couldn't see it. same problem on youtube. search comes pixilated, whereas on computer it's fine. appreciated.

the iphone records in 1080p. if send video via text message though compressed until looks recorded potato.
if want send full quality videos, maybe try e-mailing them? sure way transfer them computer , there upload them youtube or send them different way.
