how change time local time etc? have not been able figure out. have theme wallpaper on home screen shows location, weather etc ausberg.. lol

most of time need open html(wallpaper.html or whatever name is) , search this:

var locale = "usnj0494"

weather code in yahoo weather , replace usnj0494 locations weather code.
