help with jailbroken ipod touch 4g

so ipod 4th gen jailbroken , charger port broke , batterys dead. ipods completley dead no hard restore no connecting itunes/computer or wall charger not ipod dock or , iphone charger. anyway if ipods completley dead , under warranty if send in replace it. said replacing price 99$ 8gb

or can take apple retail store , can replace there fee , won't have wait shipping of replacement product.
