Mirror Image in Word on Lion?

my wife using hp photosmart 1215 printer try print mirror images tshirts, option print mirror image isn't there when printing windows. suggestions? searched around , found older threads complicates workarounds, hoping there easier her.

 

if open image in preview, there's option under tools flip vertically , horizontally.
