2D line to 3D object

hi guys.

have little project (am making something!).

plastic hook , can make myself, want 3d object of it. useless these 3d apps asking bit of advice.

have side on line drawing scale , want turn 3d model. whats easiest way this? hoping find way import 3d program , kinda stretch ? want give corners slight rounding them doing finished hook.

suggestions please guys n gals?
