iTunes Match song won't finish downloading

i have 1 song 65% around circle, goes 0% , starts over. 5 times gives up. screenshot of how far it'll before gives up. also, i've downloaded song icloud before, , i've rebooted, done hard reset, , toggled match off , on again.

help.

hey guys, thought i'd update , i'm still having problem. not particular song anymore, others. i've rematched particular song, didn't anything.

wondering if else has experienced this, , if/how fixed it.
