Camera Question?

sup guys? first post , had question or 2 new iphone 4s 32gb. i've been on sprint while switched at&t. anyways, make long story short, first iphone 4s white 16gb (5.0.1) , felt if camera extremely fast when opening app. pretty instant! few days ago exchanged black 32gb (5.0.1) , when open camera app there's 1 or 2 second delay when opening camera app. possible or losing mind?

 

i think 1 or 2 second delay normal. that's how on 4s. perhaps in awe of new phone , didn't realize delay?
