iPhone power button not working properly

so, when iphone in standby mode , push power button unlock locks screen again annoying. unlocking , locking right away happens when trying unlock, not when trying lock. of have idea might cause this?

it seems contact bounce due either bad switch or push shaky . happen every time? happens me time time , it's because shaking little when pressed it...so gets double press.
