Getting a mixed content DVD onto iPad

my girlfriend doing open uni course, , supplied dvd. contains web site, there's lots of links video files (which stored on disc).

want whole disc onto ipad 2 somehow. realise i'll have convert videos (they're flv) m4v , edit html files point m4v files instead of flv files, once i've done this, how can store whole lot locally on ipad?

 

welcome post-pc era....

think better off putting on hosted site somewhere , accessing through internet. i'd interested see how else done, nothing pops mind right (other snarky remark post-pc nonsense... )
