Run as Admin? Eh?

i trying run program update via terminal , ran snag following message:

"you don't have permission change installation in way,
specifically, directory /usr/local/*****/*****/*****/ not writable.
please run program administrator, or contact local admin."

thing is, admin , there 1 account on laptop have admin rights. logged in admin when tried run script update program.

how deal this? thx
