A quick question about ability to change the UI Language

new world of apple, , love make switch soon! might had ask huge amount of questions today, of them answered people posted in forum, , in other places. wonderfull!

native russian speaker, , live in norway. i, many others want have user interface in native language. planning purchase imac 27" through apple online store @ http://www.apple.com/no/ , means language of interface, manuals, equipment etc norwegian default.

understand can change system ui language during first setup, in windows it's limited scandinavian languages (+ english) , can't change later. same apply mac os x? possible change ui language russian, despite purchase through norwegian online store?

in other words, want have russian os language. possible, despite scenario described above?

yes, can that, every mac comes every language available in mac os x, , russian included in that.
can change languages @ time via system preferences > language & text > language.
