Airport Express static noise from speakers

don't know if right section in forum post (sorry ). need audiophiles , apple experts. have no knowledge audio equipment hope willing me out.

have airport express connected 3.5mm audio cable line in of speakers. airport express hooked ethernet cable, , transmits wifi signal share internet.

when turn speakers 80% can hear static noise (speaker interference). there can this?

 

are sure jack not loose?
