HELP!!! 13-inch MacBook problem, Logic Board?

hey guys,

problem have started week ago , triggered sort of pressure on left side of laptop, underneath in behind battery. 1 of 2 things happen, more common 1 rectangles on screen accompanied scratching/static sound coming through speakers. other computer turning off , entering dark book loop (i can hear disk drive move) screen remains black. way correct either of these hold power button until shuts off , them power on. suggestions??

edit: has new ram that's few months old.
