usually when playing non-intensive games few minutes, iphone 4s seems overheat. ditto on charging.
both glass (more on front panel) metal bezel around side.
on rebooting phone cools down. powered off iphone , after 10 minutes of sitting on carpet got cooled.
else have problem?
know on thread posted screen shot of yellow warning triangle if phone overheated wondering if real.
yes - warning triangle can appear if device gets warm enough.
electrical devices , batteries can warm when charging, end damaging internal components. if think yours excessive, , easy reproduce, might want bring along genius bar @ nearest apple store , leave charging 30 mins while browse.
it's still within warranty, should change if find heat excessive after 30 mins or so.
