Whats a better investment, extra capacity or cellular version?

every year tell myself need more space opt 32gb version of ipad, , every year don't come close filling or taking advantage of it.

year, being itunes match subscriber, there's less justification me had before go 32gb on 16gb. sure lot of users here in same boat.

after using ipad year or two, no longer new device , know our own patterns of usage. however, retina thing has me bit worried. if apps grow large maybe fill in space quickly.

(as side note, idea of how apps grew in size iphone %-wise after upgrades retina?)

question is, if going spend $100 (or $129), better spent on 32gb version ensures got enough space or 3g/cellular version ensures can use cloud access if need it.

wonder how other people decide on issue. icloud/itunes match mean can save $100 year, or better spring capacity and/or cellular access.

never used ipad 3g sim card.

if need network connection , don't have wifi, use phone hotspot.
