How to 'launch' an app in plist?

i'm trying edit dream board theme... , managed change graphic theme built-in button (the dreamboard button on endroid) make load phone instead. found in plist file launched dream board... , tried changing com.apple.mobilephone didn't work. know it's right string because button doesn't anything. correct code here launch phone?
