Do you think Apple will replace my iPad for this?

i think have tiny speck of dust under display glass, , it's driving me crazy. thing is, it's tiny, i'm not sure if able replaced - i'm not trying pedantic, these things it's case of not being able unsee them once you've seen them (i've attached 2 pictures). can tell me how apple handles this? i've made appointment @ genius bar tomorrow i'll find out, i'd prepared. thing that's bothering me warmth (i. e. yellowness) of screen, think should mention too? (i've attached pic compares settings screen on new ipad 1 on ipad 2).
