Replaced Screen

hello,

replaced screen(digitizer + lcd screen/pre-assembled) on iphone 4s 1 bought jazooli(on ebay) , after turn on iphone shows apple logo , after wanted clear screen , pressed bit harder , there weird colors(exactly when press screen on regular lcd monitor. believe lcd close digitizer or something.
had 3gs 2 years ago , dropped on floor , had replace screen again. after replaced digitizer, on area of 4-5cm bottom of screen touch screen wasn't working. i've sent provider(they have authorized service) , replaced phone.
should same now?

that fraud. replaced own screen , voided warranty. if want fixed right should have taken apple , paid $199 replacement.
